An interactive bourbon classroom revealing the basics of bourbon, how to taste, appreciate and build your tasting knowledge and vocabulary. We will be tasting our way through Old Forester Bourbon expressions of whisky as it has changed throughout the history of the industry. We will sample bourbon in neat pours as well as cocktails that amplify and make the base spirit shine. The class will finish with a blind tasting of a popular available whisky vs a sought after and hard-to-find bourbon so you can decide for yourself what makes up the whisky that you would enjoy most.
