Knock off the Rust - Golf Clinic and 18 Holes Golf The day's activities include a morning golf clinic and an afternoon round of golf. Participants may attend either the clinic or the golf or both. Guests are welcome, but participants with a current 2021 LPGA Amateurs membership status will get a significantly reduced ticket price. All participants will receive a goodie bag and a drink ticket. Three-in-One Clinic The hour-long clinic will consist of three 20-minute mini-clinics. Participants will rotate through the three mini-clinics which will cover short-game topics like putting and shots around the green. The professional instruction team at St Andrews, led by award winning PGA Director of Instruction Maureen Farrell, will conduct the clinic. The clinic will run from 11:00-noon. Perfect for any skill level! 18 Holes of Golf plus a Game Tee times start at 12:27pm. Format is non-competitive stroke play, so everyone plays their own game and it's just for fun! Golfers may specify one person they want to play with and then we'll mix up the twosomes to form foursomes and we'll assign tee times. That way, players can avoid arriving at the course for an unknown tee time and waiting. Players can ride in a cart with someone they're comfortable sharing space with, but safely play with "new" friends. We'll also have a simple add-on game for anyone who wants to keep track during their round. No need to wait after golf for prizes since any prizes for the add-on game will be announced and distributed at a later time. New to Golf or to our Chapter? New members /golfers can sign up during registration for a Buddy. A buddy is an experienced chapter member who can help out on any questions about "golf etiquette" or can just be a welcoming face to partner with you for the day.
