CONCORD, NH — Michael Wayne Roberts, born 1978, of Brockton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2021, on violation of protective order and stalking charges after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street. Adam L. Thompson, 43, of Concord was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Feb. 15 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Broad Avenue near Rollins Park. Tony Eric Freeman, 33, of Plymouth was arrested at 8 a.m. on Feb. 14 on three bench warrants and a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Concord Card and Memorabilia on South State Street. Specific information was not available about the warrants. Freeman, according to superior court records, was convicted on drug possession and other charges out of Concord in January 2017. He was also convicted on a fentanyl possession charge in July 2019, after an incident in Ashland. Freeman was also convicted on a felony duty to report charge, sex offender registration, out of Nashua in September 2019, as well as one out of Rumney in January 2017. A violation of probation charge followed in April 2020, according to superior court records. Freeman is a sex offender due to sexual assault convictions from April 2008, out of Grafton County. John Otis Wisenburn III, 31, of Church Street in Hillsborough was arrested at 3:24 a.m. on Feb. 13 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges. An officer patrolling Silk Farm Road saw a Toyota at the end of the road with two adults and two small children in the vehicle. The officer approached the vehicle and spoke to the driver, Wisenburn, as well as a woman from New York who had two active protection orders against him from January and February. The officer checked the orders, found that they were both active, and Wisenburn was arrested. Jeanine Caterino, 35, of Manchester was arrested at 7:52 a.m. on Feb. 12 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. She has an active drug possession case in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Joshua S. Ellsworth, 32, of Loudon was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on Feb. 10 on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Fort Eddy Road. Ellsworth has more than a dozen prior convictions and arrests related to theft and other charges in New Hampshire. Michelle L. Doucette, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on Feb. 8 on a bench warrant after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Nicholas Callahan, born 1993, of Concord received a summons at 4:09 p.m. on Feb. 6 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Walmart on Loudon Road.
