MORTGAGE FIELD INSPECTOR POSITION OPEN ~ SELF EMPLOYMENT (1099)~ SUPPLIMENTAL INCOME No experience or certifications required, all training and support is provided! Job Description: Perform routine inspections as ordered by mortgage or insurance companies. Most inspections take less than 5 minutes to complete. The majority of our inspections are simple occupancy inspections of properties, 7-10 photos of the exterior of the home, and a short mobile-application form/script describing occupancy status, property and condition - ordered on behalf of the Mortgage Company. Letter Deliveries: deliver client-specific correspondences and attempt to make contact directly with recipient (often on behalf of debt collector clients). Insurance inspections: perform simple-inspections taking photos and verifying work recently completed per insurance claim. Vacant Properties: perform interior basic inspections, photographing all rooms, and reporting on the status and condition of the property. SELF EMPLOYED: 1099 Independent Contractor position; pay is per inspection (Average inspection rate range is $7+/inspection). Average inspector makes $15-$20/hr +. Part Time position, very flexible! Excellent, part-time, 1099 supplemental income! MUST pass background check, have reliable gas-efficient vehicle, smartphone with data plan, computer/printer.
