I’ve had a longhaired sweet calico cat for ten years but she is very unhappy currently because of my intense work schedule. I have a big move upcoming and I do not want to make things worse for her by giving her even less of my time. She would be a great fit for a family, an older person or a household where something is always going on. She prefers to be inside but she is curious about outside and will peek and wander. This is a difficult decision to make but I do not see myself being able to work from home again for a year and so I don’t think I can make her happy anymore.
