Flagstaff Moving Company is looking to add 2 movers to our crew. We are open to part time or full-time employees for the upcoming season. We strive to give the best care to our clients so, we are looking for strong, hardworking problem solvers with good attitudes, and excellent customer service. Job Description and Requirements: • Careful and safe lifting and transporting of heavy items repeatedly while moving from one location to another multiple times a day. • Team work • Excellent customer service • Able to carefully and efficiently pack a trailer • Positive attitude when working long hours and late nights at times. • We would prefer new hires to be able to drive and park our truck and 24ft enclosed cargo trailer but will offer training once employee shows they are ready. We value our employees time and effort so our starting pay for those with moving and driving experience is $20/hr for moving time and $15/hr for driving time, and those with minimal experience is $18/hr for moving time and $13/hr for driving time with the ability to earn more based on performance. Tips are always split between the crew and individual tip earnings vary from $75-200/week! PTO and bonus incentive programs are offered as well.
