Holdsworth Construction is looking for a Framing Lead. We are looking for a skilled framer who is able to run a full crew with little to no supervision, solve and correct most problems, be aware of budget and schedule to stay on time and within or under budget. Candidate must be capable of laying out roof trusses, both Hip and Gable style construction and also lay out and complete all over-framing where needed to ensure proper roof drainage. This person needs to have full understanding of the plans, find and address any discrepancies in the critical details found in the floor plan and be able to lay out and snap lines for all interior and exterior walls. We take on a variety of challenging and unique work, that requires dedication to our craft and willingness to solve problems. Experience in Commercial and Residential Construction a must. All applicants must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and tool belt with tools. Any small power tools would be a bonus. Hourly rate will depend on experience. The location: HCI has an office in Phoenix and Flagstaff. This position is for Flagstaff with possible travel to Phoenix.
