Press release from the City of Fridley: March 2, 2021 City of Fridley Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on March 17, 2021 at 7:00 pm via telephone or other electronic means. Consideration of a Lot Split, LS #21-02, by B&D Mathews Investments LLC, to subdivide the lot at 351 74th Avenue into two lots, the legal description is on file and available at Fridley City Hall. The City Council will consider this item on April 12, 2021. Mayoral Declaration No. 20-01 and Ordinance No. 1380 have declared that a local emergency is in effect in the City of Fridley. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.021 this meeting will be held by telephone or other electronic means. In accordance with the recommendation of Executive Orders 21-01, which recommend remote meetings whenever possible, the March 17, 2021 Planning Commission meeting will be held via interactive webinar.
