Sunday Soul Sessions: How to balance your energy from the inside out Join us for our upcoming 7 week Chakra Balancing Series with SunState Yoga teacher, Autumn Scanio! Each week we will be covering one of the seven chakras, starting with our root chakra and making our way up to the crown chakra. These sessions will include the following: MovementBreath workMeditationJournalingGroup reiki You can either join us for the entire 7 week series, or pick and choose which chakras you specifically would like to work on. Each week you will leave with a deeper understanding of how you can tap into these energetic spaces to create more harmony in your body and in your life.
