The following information is all public record: My daughter, who could have been using any name, but her true name is Jennifer Lynn Dulin, aka Jen Dicelli (SAG), died in Waterville, Maine on January 6, 2021. She had been missing from California since January 10, 2020. She had been staying at the home of a stranger in Home Place Inn, an apartment complex at 150 College Ave., for four days and was going by the name of Lee, as well as other names. She was under the mistaken idea she was wanted by police. She thought she was going to prison for a Misdemeanor offense that was dismissed on February 7, 2020, but she never knew that. We know she was in Columbus, Ohio, at least until February 6 or 7, 2020. I would be so thankful for any information regarding her during this whole year of 2020. I need to know everything: How and why did she go to Maine? What happened to her car? Her belongings? The two teddy bears she brought with her? There is no piece of information too small. Please Help Me
