DANVILLE, CA — A Danville chef will be among those competing to win on season 14 of the Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race," which premiers Sunday. Aly Romero, a mother of three who completed culinary school later in life, will be vying to prove she's got the best food truck in the Alaska-based series, hosted by celebrity chef Tyler Florence. She's one of three women on the Meatball Mamas food truck team. Her teammates are Jocelyn Denson and Flora Londre. Romero may be a fresh face on the show, but she's been blogging about food for years and has also served as a private chef.
