Looking for a skilled, reliable and hard-working handyman to provide maintenance service for multiple buildings in Oceanside and Vista. We are looking for someone skilled in the following areas. Plumbing repairs Electrical install and repairs Hanging Doors Roofing (good, but not necessary) Painting – Sanding, Patching Fascia Board Repair - Sand/scrape/Patch with Bondo Stucco Patch Drywall repairs Tiling Make Screens Must Haves: * Transportation – Need to haul doors, building materials, etc. * Basic Tools * Disciplined, punctual and friendly * Clean up after projects $22-25 per hour DOE for Plumbing, etc $17-20 per hour DOE for Painting, stucco, etc Please text with your contact number, availability, what skills you perform and desired pay rate.
