Press release from the Town of Davidson: Posted on: March 2, 2021 Posted on: March 2, 2021 Public Input Session: Boulder Rock Loop Public Input Session: Boulder Rock Loop Wednesday, March 16, 2021, 5:00-6:30 p.m. Via Zoom Project developer Palillo Holdings, LLC proposes to develop the five and half-acre site located at 18647 Davidson-Concord Road with a residential community. Proposed are single-family homes, duplex homes, and open space as well as improved pedestrian and bicycle connections along Davidson-Concord Road. Palillo Holdings, LLC is also proposing a greenway connection to the existing Woodlands development, new vehicular connections with the Boulder Rock Loop extension, and the construction of associated residential alleys. The project team will host a public input session event on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. For meeting details, including how to register, see the project website here. The project team will deliver an overview presentation at 5:05 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., with time allotted for questions following each presentation.
