Kinetics Oceanside is a relatively new company to California. We came here in 2014 to expand our noise control product sales and production to California and the west coast. Kinetics was located in Norwalk Ca. from 2014 until August of 2020. The parent company is located in Dublin Ohio and has been in business since 1953. We are still a small business in California and are looking for Team Oriented Employees that are willing to go that extra mile to help make Kinetics Oceanside a success. Not a place to just collect a check. We are using a staffing company for the initial probation period but this is a temp to Hire position. Here is what we are looking for in everyone on our team.
Candidates that are willing and excited to do a variety of tasks including, but not limited to assembly, shipping, receiving, stocking shelves, sawing of wood or steel, building pallets for shipments, punching holes in steel, cleaning and painting of parts, cleaning, exc. Training will be provided in all areas to the chosen employee.
Job Requirements -
Able to speak and understand English fluently.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to pass a background check and a 10 panel+ drug
screen, including prescription medications.
Have a Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Willing to work Monday – Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
and any overtime as needed. Candidate must be punctual.
Unexcused absences and tardiness will not be tolerated.
Able to lift 100# from standard table height to floor and from
floor to standard table height on a regular basis.
Able to read a measuring tape in 1/16” intervals.
Able to use hand and power tools such as table saw, circular
saw, pneumatic nail and staple gun.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Shipping / Receiving experience is a plus.
Metal fabrication experience is a plus.
Safety shoes are required. Kinetics will provide all other
safety equipment needed.
$18 per hour
M-F 6:00 am – 3:00 pm and overtime as needed
