Drive Now SD, LLC is an independent operator of mobile electric scooters in Downtown San Diego & soon Chula Vista. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Recovery Agent that will recover scooters throughout the city and place them in designated Parking Areas/Nests. Recovery Agents will also be responsible to relocate scooter placement every 2 hours and monitor service map for updates. Duties include but not limited to low battery recovery, warehouse drop offs & Pick ups, offline scooter recovery, recover lost/stolen scooters, conduct minor repairs, work with Brand Ambassadors and contract Recovery Agents. Requirements: -CA Drivers License with Clean Driving Record. -Must be 25 years of age or older for Insurance -Proficent in English & Spanish -Ability to lift 65lbs -Have smartphone Qualifications: -High School Diploma/ GED - 2 Years Customer Service Experience -1 Year Driving Experience in a Cargo/Delivery position -1 Year Prior Scooter Charger/Recovery experience (Company/ Independent Contractor)
