We are a fast growing Aftermarket Custom Wheels and Tires retail store with a few locations within San Diego County. We are searching for new candidates to help us with our growing business. We have been in business for over 14 years and are a respected and well known shop within San Diego. Due to our success and rapid growth we offer plenty of opportunity for a bright talented individual to move up within our ranks. We are currently looking to fill a full time position as a Tire Installation Technician. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Dismount and mount new Tires * Dismount and Mount new Wheels * Learn how to install TPMS (Tire pressure sensors) and diagnose related issues. * Deliver/Pickup Tires as needed using company delivery trucks * Pull and put away inventory as needed * Assist in doing Alignments, Brakes and other suspension related repairs * Clean and Maintain shop bay areas and equipment * A Focus towards maintaining a safe work environment, while keeping shop clean, neat and organized throughout the day Desired Skills but not limited to: * Be a quick learner while having a good ability to take direction and instructions. * Have Basic Automotive knowledge * Be mechanically inclined * Some experience in Brakes, Alignments, and suspension is a major plus but not Required * Basic knowledge of computers and basic operations. Automotive background is helpful but not required. Requirements: -Must be legally authorized to work in the US - Valid Driver's License - Fluent in English Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (Some Saturdays also depending on needs). We are Closed Sundays and Major Holidays First 90 days will be probationary period to ensure your employment is a correct fitment for our company. Compensation: Starting pay $14.50 to $18/hr. (Depending on experience). Full time position! Holiday pay and 13 PTO Days per year start accruing after 90 days. Additional 6 Paid Holidays (Total 19 paid days per year).
