This honor’s thesis focuses on the experience of paid caregivers working in elder care since the start of COVID-19. We are particularly interested in any changes in the caregivers’ role and its impact on caregiver mental health. Any caregivers who have been working at an assisted-living facility for at least one year are eligible.  The interviews will be conducted via Zoom and will last for about thirty minutes. Any potentially identifiable information will be kept confidential.
