TEMPE, AZ — A man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and urinating in public on Monday, Tempe police said. The Tempe Police Department said in a tweet that the man, Shawn Springs, exposed himself to two women and a young girl at a Bosa Donuts Baseline Road and Mill Avenue. On 03-01-2021 Shawn Springs, was arrested for Indecent Exposure and Urinating in Public at 37 W. Baseline Rd. Springs exposed himself to two adult females and a juvenile female. Springs was positively identified by the victims and taken into custody. It is unclear if he has retained a lawyer.
