HOOVER, AL —A new high-end men's salon has opened along the 280 corridor. The Barber Bar opened Feb. 15 at at 4700 U.S. 280 East in the same shopping strip as Walgreen's, Fresh Market and Starbucks, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
