Must be able to communicate in English. 2. Minimum of 1 year of landscape/hardscape construction experience: Preferably including the responsibilities outlined below - willingness to learn and take on responsibility - this is a great long-term opportunity for someone with ambition. 3. Must pass background check and have valid/clean driving license (CDL NOT required). RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must learn from current site preparation manager how to assess sites and build projects accordingly. Including the following: • Excavation. • Shooting grades and fine grading. • Retaining walls and timbers. • Drainage. • Operating small machinery. • Truck and trailer driving. 2. This is a hands-on role: Successful applicant will work in the field every day. Employee must be able to routinely lift 70+ lbs. 3. As role grows: Employee must be able to manage workers and subcontractors and communicate with clients. HOURS: Full time, year-round, Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm (hours may vary).
