ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR Where: Bangor Sub-Base Commissary Type: Full Time, Regular Employee, Non-Exempt Wage: $ 21.50 + health & welfare benefits Benefits: paid sick leave, vacation, and 401(k) Work Schedule: Swing Shift; generally 5pm-12am, includes weekends and holidays Closing Date: February 19, 2021 Job Summary: Supervise shelf stockers and warehouse workers, to ensure safe and efficient job performance in compliance with contract requirements. Qualifications:  Previous supervisory experience required, preferably in a retail grocery setting;  Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required;  Basic computer skills required;  Shelf Stocking and Warehouse experience preferred;  Experience working with people with disabilities desirable.  Must pass Federal Naval Base access and DSHS background checks; must pass pre-employment drug screen; must provide confirmation of authorization to work in the US.  Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by our insurance company.  This position also has specific physical requirements which are listed in the Position Description.
