Staffmark is seeking experienced and motivated production associates to join a 1st shift team in North Austin. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the product is processed in a safe manner while meeting quality expectations. Call 512-342-9937 Essential Duties: • Assemble components to glass products • Ensure customer specifications for produced parts are met • Pack finished product • Identify, record, and communicate any problems relating to the product or the production process • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to problems through designated channels • Adhere to work standards and requirements • Ability to train other associates • Track and collect data • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • Prior warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, and or material handling equipment experience • Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 45lbs • Working knowledge of safety, quality, and operational procedures • Reliable and dependable • Able to work independently or in a team environment
