here is the situation i have an inspector from city coming tomorrow at 12:00 noon i need a handyman that knows how & where to get a broken window fixed,how to install a smoke detector/carbon monoxide alarm not battery type. how to patch/paint small holes in the wall,cut the grass in the back yard etc. nothing major for 4 hours 100.00 cash just write me an invoice.must be very close to the property 522 west florence ave. i can meet you at the property at 8:00 am again this needs to be done tomorrow march 4th 2021. i can be reached at (310)982-0857 if things go well we can give you other jobs we own a real estate & property management company.
