Job Overview We are searching for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties, including responding to maintenance requests as instructed by Manager. We supply vehicle and tools, some overnight stays during the week. To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, and good physical stamina. Plenty of work, we need committed individuals only, if this is you, call for interview!! Responsibilities: • Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities, tile repair and managing maintenance repairs. • Repair minor plumbing, electrical systems, Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. • A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role. • Experience metal and glass cutting, welding and wood work. • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. • Extremely organized with good communication skills. • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving. • Willing to travel • Overnight stays Call now for interview - Contact Guiro at (818) 850-9632 or send email [email protected].
