We are looking for a small cleaning company or team with experience in hotel or vacation rental cleaning. We are looking to hire a cleaning and greeting team who can do ALL three of these duties: 1. Cleaner & Inventory - Clean the units & Stock Inventory 2. Greeter - Meet & check in guests 3. Errands - do emergency errands in the unit (when necessary) CLEANING & INVENTORY - clean the units & stock inventory • Ensuring highest standard of cleanliness of unit for Guest arrival / check-in • Preparing the unit, for Guest check-in, in accordance with the unit checklist i.e. count of pots, pans, utensils, linens, towels, etc. Replacing those items that are not in good condition Number of cleanings vary per day/week. Preparation of the unit like a hotel. Including bed preparation, towels and linens washed in unit washer and dryer. Pics taken & sent in app before and after cleaning. Cleanings start at 11am. Must be available 7 days a week. Inventory: You must let us know which items need to be re-ordered in the unit based on our inventory list and app. We will send items to your office or home and you deliver them to the unit on the next cleaning. GREETER - Meet & Check in guests Make appointments, meet at building, greet, and check in new guests. (regular check in is between 3pm-12am. (Most check ins are around 3-5pm. Some rare ones are 12am-2am for an additional payment to you. • Meeting and greeting guests and major corporate clients upon arrival • Handling client check ins and check outs i.e. registrations of keys and FOBs, and making sure they are active and returned upon check out • Ensuring each check-in is smooth i.e. Guest doesn’t have to wait after arriving at location, and Guest is happy • Collecting the following from Guest: IDs, credit card (cc) imprints, cc authorization forms, signed lease, and cash upon check in or after check in (if pending balance). ERRANDS • Assisting in getting the non-paying tenants removed from the unit • Addressing and accommodating genuine requests of the Guests effectively and timely. Example: where to park, Wifi/Internet Issues, Key/Door lockout issues etc. • Moving and getting extra items for the Guests as and when needed in a timely fashion. Examples: extra pots, pans, utensils, etc. additional TV, additional furniture; chairs, etc. • Running light errands like picking up supplies at the store. *Must be available for varying shifts, Must have a flexible schedule 7 days a week. as well as some weekends to full-fill / resolve client requests, and late check-ins.Some errands will have a 24 hour advance notice but some will be emergency situations. Must have your own vehicle as properties are located throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. EXPERIENCE MUST have experience in professional cleaning. Vacation rental cleaning or experience in the Hospitality Industry preferred. RELIABILITY is the #1 qualification. If your company is not reliable, can not be reached easily and quickly by phone and email, and do not return texts/calls immediately, this is not for you. Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong critical thinking skills. Strong problem-solving skills Calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service License and own vehicle is required All new hires are subject to a Criminal Background Check to be completed on him/her prior to starting employment with us.
