Hi, there I am a real estate agent and a local investor in real estate. One of the ways I find deals for my clients is by driving around and finding a beat-up and worn down-home. There's only so much I can do so that's where you come in. I need as many people as possible driving around and simply noticing beat-up homes. If you notice one then take a picture of the outside and note down the address. Send it over to me and you get paid TWICE.
