Looking 2 roles - a dynamic chef who can help turn our concept into reality, and an operations manager to run the (non-kitchen) operations/delivery/business side.
On the one hand, this will be some of the best working hours you will get in the catering industry... but that will NOT excite you.
What will excite you is that you will be able to make your mark on a brand that we aim to take across the US.
You will be comfortable starting from scratch.
You will be strong at taking great food and working out how to deliver it, at scale.
You will be clear about the end-to-end process needed to continuously get 5* reviews.
You will be energized by bringing in the first team for our first location.
You will be focussed on helping us create a model that can be replicated anywhere.
You will be intrigued by what new tech can do to make your life (and the lives of our teams) easier.
You will be hands on when it is needed, especially in these first few months.
You will be quick to see the opportunity and the role you can play... and the impact this will have on your career and your life.
