Supreme Screw Products a privately-owned company who produces high quality precision machined components is seeking to hire a career oriented person that will be responsible for the maintenance of two facilities adjacent to each other. Building Maintenance Technician Job Overview: Must have own tools. Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC a must! Hands-on knowledge of plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems. Problem solving ability to research, solve a technical problem and mechanically inclined. Responsible for ensuring that assigned site(s) are following all fire and life safety codes by conducting on-site inspections. May be required to drive to various locations to pick up supplies when necessary. Painting, patch work and minor repairs. Must be responsible and portray good communication skills. Available to be on call in case of emergency. Snow removal/snowblow experience. Building Maintenance Technician Education: High school or equivalency diploma Experience with general maintenance a must. A valid NYS Driver's License is required. Electrical /HVAC certification.
