Free seminar class and training on the following:
1. Massage ( Myofascial release therapy, trigger point therapy, Graston, Pin & Stretch, Active Release
Therapy, PNF, and other techniques.
2. Front desk & Clerical knowledge /guest relationship & skills.
3. Knowledge of medical billing software, including Google apps.
4. Google drive (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides Form, PDF)
5. Training on addressing client's and patient's appointments and concerns. Guide clients through our services and how we can best help them achieve their recovery goals.
6. Training on designing sessions around patient's specific complaints or problem areas with the Doctor Rx.
7. Training on how to listen to clients during therapies and adjust techniques to meet their recovery needs.
8. Training on how to schedules therapy for recurring sessions and possible in-house massages.
Education: Must have a high school diploma.
Experience: No experience is needed; students are welcome.
