We are in search of an immediate full time maintenance tech for a large apartment complex. Required that you move on property Hours 8:00 A.M- 4:30 P.M Monday-Friday Maintenance Responsibilities include completing work orders and making repairs that consists of plumbing, electrical and etc. You have to be available for after hours on call emergency for one week out of the month. Would prefer A/C certification but not necessary to apply. The qualified candidate should have good work ethics, be punctual, have great attendance, ability to work independently and team player. **MAINTENANCE TECH MUST HAVE A VECHICLE** Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check &drug test.
