Looking for local musicians to join group

Looking for local musicians preferably but not necessarily my age (20-30) to form a group. Professional experience is not absolutley necessary, if you can show up and play that's what's important. Although I myself am not limited to any particular genre, I would like to play some sort of folk/blues/americana kind of music, perhaps in the stlyle of THE BAND (Levon Helm, etc). I would perhaps like to have 2 guitarists, a keyboard player, drummer/percussion, and/or harmony singers. I myself sing and play guitar, bass, and 5 string banjo. I'd like to do some old songs but if anyone writes anything good enough we'll play anything. I'm also open to ideas as for instrumentation and vocals.
