Essential Duties and Requirements: · Direct finishing department personnel on daily tasks · Order Supplies for finishing department as needed · Quality Control product entering finishing department · Organize and distribute items to finishing personnel · Spraying, Staining and/or Glazing Cabinetry as needed · Taping off and/or Sanding cabinetry to prepare for spraying as needed · Other finishing duties as needed Ability to lift 50+ lbs. multiple times per day Skills and Experience: · 2+ years managing 5-10 employees · Knowledge and experience spraying, staining and/or glazing cabinetry · Experience using and maintaining paint spraying equipment · Possession of own spray guns and finishing equipment · Ability to read paperwork (English) · Ability to maintain standard of quality through detailed inspection · Organized · Delegate finishing tasks quickly and efficiently · Work independently with minimal supervision · Hardworking and reliable · Team Player We offer full-time employment with paid time off, IRA contributions and self-paid medical plan.
