If you are not ready work Reputable Keller based landscape company seeking immediate hire. We provide full landscape design, tree trimming, lighting, hardscape, mason work and bed maintenance. Ideal candidate will be a self starter and hold himself to these same high standards. Starting pay: $12 hr with mandatory 3 month probationary period. After probationary review you will receive a $1-$3 per hour raise based on performance and position earned. All candidates will be W-9 contractors and are responsible for paying your own taxes. We do not deduct taxes from your weekly pay. Expectations and duties: Basic landscape skills previous experience a plus. Valid DL to be able to drive company truck. Ability to lift 60 lbs. 100% accountability with leadership skills a plus that will reflect in raise. Ability to take direction. Must have reliable transportation. Attention to detail. Works well independently and in a team setting. Since of urgency, Strong work ethic with positive attitude. Self motivated. Ability to work in all climates. Must have reliable communication cell phone. Zero tolerance for tardiness.
