P2D Construction is a newly formed commercial construction company specializing in demolition, metal framing, drywall, suspended ceilings and paint work in new building and tenant finish applications, ( Office, Industial, Retail, Medical and Restaurant construction ). We are currently seeking a highly motivated full-time commercial construction forman to join our growing team. Candidates must meet the following qualifications. - 5+ years of verifiable management or foreman experience. - Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Strong verbal and written communication - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Good Attitude and ability to lead and motivate a crew. - OSHA 10 or better - Knowledge of project scheduling and ensuring delivery of materials. - Clean driving record. - Ability to work under pressure and meet impending deadline. - Ability to conduct daily safety meetings and ensure jobsite safety. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints. - Ability to pass a drug screening and background check. ( Criminal history does not necessarily prevent hiring ) - Established contacts and working relationships in the field a plus.
