Construction - MECHANIC / YARD MAN / MAINTENANCE / DRIVER (South Denver) compensation: Depending on experience IF YOU LIKE VARIETY, then this is the job for you. We are a medium sized general contractor and are looking for a combo mechanic, general maintenance, yard man, handy man, & delivery person. Must be a self starter and work efficiently with little supervision. General Job Description: You must be able to repair, service, and manage small/medium sized construction tools, vehicles, and equipment. Your duties will include; diagnosing/repairing tools & equipment, checking in and out equipment, performing routine service, keep a equipment maintenance log. General building maintenance, mowing, weed spraying and storage yard upkeep. Snow plowing around our building and storage yards during the winter. Occasional visits to our construction sites to perform minor service, deliveries, and occasionally help with carpentry/labor efforts. You must have most of your own tools. You must be able to pass a background check and have a driving record acceptable to our insurance company.
