We are looking for a Grounds tech to join our Property Team. We manage properties in the Aurora Qualifications needed: -Must provide a valid social security number. -Must pass a detailed background check. -Must have dependable transportation. -Able to use smartphone. Duties and Responsibilities:  Maintain the property to high standards Clean trash and debris on site of each property. Clean up around dumpsters Schedule pick up for bulk furniture Check common area trash cans Check common lighting and light timers Clean up parking lots as needed General Ground maintenance- Trim bushes, check irrigation (replace sprinkler heads if needed),trim tree limbs. Able to operate Mower, Weed Whip in summer Able to operate Snow Blower and shovel when needed Work with Supervisor and team to create a weekly schedule When grounds are light assist Team on apartment maintenance Must be able to lift heavy objects and and work in all weather conditions. -Competitive wages-PTO-Holidays-Health benefit package options.
