Landscape Foreman / Owner

I am looking for a person who is interested in partnering in running the crew side of a landscaping business this coming year. I have over ten years experience running, and operating a landscaping business, but my partner and I have split ways, and I am planning to work a 9-5pm job over the summer. I am also currently a student. I'm good at running the back end of the landscaping business, everything from payroll, taxes, job sales etc. I am ideally looking for someone who is professional, that is experienced with landscaping installs, and possibly managing people. If you haven't managed people, I am looking for someone with a number of good job references that speak to responsibility. You for sure need a license, and a vehicle (preferably a truck). I am looking for a partnership, not an employee. I am not sure if this person exists. It goes without saying, income is based on profits, jobs complete, costs, jobs sold, etc. ***Please include your resume, references if applicable, AND a short description of yourself.
