Job Qualifications / Skills 1. Must be 18 or older & eligible to work in the US 2. Valid driver's license, personal transportation, car insurance 3. Pass Background Check 4. General construction experience REQUIRED 5. Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively required 6. Carpentry & concrete experience highly desired 7. Experience / willingness to work as a general handyman 8. Perform landscaping and outdoor maintenance 9. Ability to perform manual, physical labor Essential Functions 1. Report to assigned location on time each day * Reliable transportation required 2. Perform general construction labor per instructions at job site, from start to finish 3. Follow safety rules and regulations 4. Maintain a clean job site / environment Physical requirements 1. Must be able to lift 50 pounds 2. Ability to work in indoor / outdoor conditions Additional information 1. Full time (some overtime may be required) 2. Pay rate (based on experience) 3. Working: * Mon -- Fri (* Sat -- Varies)
