Do you have what it takes to be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), working with patients and alongside doctors in a local clinic, and continuing your college education and advancing your health career over time? Could you benefit from a college training program with tuition assistance, a personal career coach, and a paid stipend? If so, apply to become a Propel America Fellow! Your first step is to join Propel America’s free, “Bootcamp,” where you will learn key career skills and better understand a career in the healthcare field. After Bootcamp, you will have the opportunity to join our CMA online training program with National Louis University and receive personalized support to become a CMA. Your tuition may be covered in full by grants, and once you begin your training process, you will receive a stipend of $1,500 over the course of the program. Once you earn your certificate, you will be guaranteed an interview with an employer. Propel sets you up with a mentor at your job and supports you for your first six months in the role.
