Essential Responsibilities Maintain a welcoming and positive attitude to promote a quality golf experience to members and guests and to enrich the work environment for team members. Conduct oneself in a professional manner. Assist in the promotion, planning, organization, and execution of the highest quality golf instruction and player development programming for members, guests, and outside entities. Playing golf is encouraged when time permits - section and chapter events – if applicable Experience: Technology keen – (Trackman, Sam Balance, Sam Putt, K-Motion, Boditrak, IPad integration) Private Instruction and Player Development Experienced junior leader Adult instruction Proficient Player Club fitting knowledgeable Job benefits – Salaried Position – 30 weeks Steady lesson income - Percentage based scale Personal Trackman access (provided) Practice and playing privileges Staff Clothing allowance – Callaway Callaway equipment at PUD after probation period - Email cover letter, resume, and references
