Job Description Established Company in Villa Park, IL, in search of a Full-Time experienced Maintenance Position in Lombard IL. Monday thru Friday, 40 hour work week and Time and a Half after 40 hours. This individual will assist in keeping the interior and exterior up to the standards of our customer. Must have working knowledge of maintenance repairs and service. Must provide tools. You will respond to work orders and follow up with residents and office in an efficient manner. Duties: • Follow and complete monthly work schedules • Repair minor electrical, plumbing and other issues. • Call contracted companies when necessary for major repairs • Provide Emergency resident support when on call • Keep garbage areas swept • Check the grounds daily for liter • Keep maintenance room in order Individual must be able to communicate, read and comprehend English. Agree to background check. Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License. Able to work over time when needed and be available when on call which is alternated.
