Looking for crew to finish basement in West Philly. Scope of work: - Concrete floor is uneven, install wood sleeper system to flatten floor - Frame, drywall, tape, spackle and paint all walls and ceiling (see plan) - Floor height is 8' - Layout includes bathroom, laundry room and utility room - Remaining Bathroom work NOT by contractor - 2 coats of paint - All material by contractor including doors, drywall, lumber, paint - All electrical and plumbing work NOT by contractor Must complete in under 2 weeks. Must reply with pictures of past work.
