Description
Perform preventative maintenance and trouble shooting on machines/equipment used in manufacturing process to ensure the successful execution of production. This position will be responsible for keeping the manufacturing process running efficiently at all times. Inspect newly acquired equipment to ensure it will meet industry standards prior to installation. Examine work orders to confirm the production task is within the scope of the equipment capability to meet manufacturers' guidelines. Train machine operators on the proper use of equipment. Maintain a maintenance log. Minimum of 2 years working in a high volume manufacturing environment as a maintenance technician of equivalent. Exp in beverage industry a plus. Must have experience working with computers. Bilingual (Span/Eng) a plus.
