Full time childcare needed

I'm going back to work mid april and will need childcare for my two children. Their current ages are 1 week and 14 months. I am open to someone coming to my home (must be comfortable with dogs), dropping off at your home or a daycare setting. Hours will be Monday through Friday. 7:30am-9am to start depending on which location we decide. 5:30pm at the latest for the end time. We often get home around 4ish, sometimes earlier.
