Currently seeking experienced Property Managers and Maintenance Techs. We have openings in Dundee FL, Haines City FL, & Pompano Beach FL. Experience in manufactured housing and apartments a PLUS. Must be available to work weekends if needed. Property Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Day-to-day operation. * Designing and executing monthly marketing plans, including community outreach, business to business contact, client relations and community events. * Maximizing curb appeal at all times. * Increasing revenue to exceed budget requirements by increasing occupancy, and monitoring and reporting revenue collection daily while minimizing vacancies. * Insuring lease renewals are maintained and up-to-date. * Coordinating maintenance duties to ensure resident satisfaction, capital expense projects, upkeep of community and an efficient turn process on units. * Effectively handle client concerns and issues while assuring that all of the community and fair housing regulations are followed. * Other tasks consist of bank deposits/reconciliations, property reporting, any evictions, correspondence, etc Our ideal candidate in mind: * 2+ years experience managing multi-family housing communities * Energetic and professional * Proven track record in the property management field. * Aptitude in regards to financial and business operations. * Able to make important decisions and react quickly to situations. Maintenance Tech Responsibilities but not limited to: Assists the Property Manager & Maintenance Supervisor in preserving and maintaining physical facilities and grounds within the community so that they are safe and aesthetically appealing to residents and prospective residents by performing the following duties. Job Responsibilities: Assists in other types of maintenance as needed. Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner. Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion. Completes service requests in a timely manner. Completes preventive maintenance checklist. Performs on-call duty for emergency or when assigned. Assists Maintenance Supervisor in completing projects Experience/Skills: Preferred to have HVAC Certification. Minimum two years in a service position at an Manufactured housing Community or a related position. Organization skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be mechanically inclined. Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction and electrical. Must be able to use all types of hand and power tools. Must be flexible to work some weekends and holidays and available for emergency after hours calls. Must pass background check. Send resume.
