Description
Property Management Company accepting resumes/applications for the position of "Maintenance Tech" for their Greensboro, NC area apartment communities (Greensboro, Reidsville, and Eden). Qualified individuals should have at least 2 years of experience in a warranty/handy man maintenance role.
Tasks are, but not limited to:
- Keep the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
- Ensure that the property is free of trash and debris
- Respond to resident work orders
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents
- Ensure all make-ready repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- After-hour emergencies, (rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies)
- Be a team player!
