We are in search of a full time individual to help with all facility repairs at several of our properties. Looking for an individual who is dependable, organized, and responsive. Must have a drivers license. Essential Job Functions: * Coordinate with the owner on a daily basis for high priority items that need immediate attention before starting regular workday. * Perform general carpentry, laborer, demolition, and framing * Handy person with construction experience * Possess a valid drivers license * can safely use hand and electric tools * Responsible for miscellaneous maintenance related work and repairs as required. * Ability to operate forklift * Maintain a clean and safe work *
