Summary Under general direction from the Operations Manager, you will help with the daily activities of order fulfillment. As a vital part of the Operations Team, this role works to ensure that WakeMAKERS adds value through quality and accuracy of order processing so our customers can have fun on the water. We win as a team • Work as part of a cross-functional team where each of the team members and departments has different skill sets but are all working towards a common goal of delivering value to our customers • Accuracy and attention to detail • Adhere WakeMAKERS standards Roles and Responsibilities • Order Fulfillment – Picking and Shipping • Order Receiving – Purchase Orders and RMAs • Inventory replenishment and accuracy Order Fulfillment and Receiving Responsibilities • Print and check incoming pick tickets • Locate products using technology • Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately • Ensures that orders are picked accurately and efficiently • Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, ensuring accuracy • Stages items correctly for delivery • Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch • Ensures daily warehouse goals are met • Focus on excellent customer service and take great care in every order we receive, pick, pack, and ship to customers Inventory Replenishment Responsibilities • Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment • Ensures daily warehouse goals are met • Attention to detail • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being able to self-motivate • Works well in a fast-paced environment • Adhere WakeMAKERS standards and that of health & safety policies and quality standards
