Bell's Roofing & Construction Looking for: Shinglers with their OWN TOOLS and GUN! Pay from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, could be more per hour depending on your speed. Or a small crew looking for steady work to join my existing crew. Experience Prepper and Roof Top Laborers with or without their OWN TOOLS. Pay starting at $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, but is based Experience and Speed. Top paid laborers must have tools and be able to prep and stay ahead of shinglers. EXPERIENCED ONLY! We have tear off work every day through end of the season and for Shinglers we have New Construction for the Winter months. Do not apply if you are not willing to work 5-6 days a week, every week, WE HAVE WORK. MUST HAVE OWN RIDE TO AND FROM THE JOB SITE! You are paid EVERY SATURDAY.
