Job Description 7am-3:30pm with OT ALL OUTSIDE work in ALL weather Must have reliable transportation Key Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Performs general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to: · lifting and moving materials, containers, and items; · loading and unloading vehicles; · digging and refilling holes, painting, grounds clean up; · and other activities in a helping or assisting mode. Core Competencies & Experience Experience doing general labor tasks, especially where with heavy lifting is required is preferred. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs consistently, up to 70 lbs occasionally
